Pause to Reflect is not a workshop, training, or seminar.

It is a safe space for peer-to-peer reflection, clarity, perspective and meaningful connection.

What to expect?

During this four-hour outdoor experience, participants will be guided through a carefully designed flow combining nature, reflection and peer dialogue.

The experience includes:

• A guided reflection walk in nature above Zurich
• Thoughtful prompts around leadership, clarity, resilience, and perspective
• Peer-to-peer conversations in a safe setting
• Collective reflection and shared learning
• Informal networking over apéro

The format is intentionally simple, spacious, and human.

Who is it for?

This is a curated small-group experience for senior leaders navigating complexity and change.

It is designed for executives who value reflection, honest dialogue, and meaningful connection with peers.

Places are limited to maintain the quality, trust, and intimacy of the experience.
